Through Women’s Voice and Leadership, over 153,000 people were reached while strengthening women’s rights organizations to influence policies and promote a more inclusive society.

OXDEV responded to the 2022 floods by reaching over 370,000 people with timely support. Its partner led approach ensures that local organizations guide decisions on resource use, keeping responses rooted in community needs. This model avoids top down methods and leads to more effective, relevant, and sustainable outcomes.

OXDEV works closely with the private sector through initiatives like GRAISEA, supporting farmers with sustainable rice practices that reduced costs and increased productivity. The Empower Youth for Work program equips rural youth with skills such as digital freelancing and online marketing, helping them access modern opportunities and build stable livelihoods.
