OxDevis a Pakistani-led, globally connected platform that strengthens the country’s development ecosystem by connecting people, ideas, and institutions so that collaboration creates value, trust enhances delivery, and every partnership leads to visible results.

We are not another NGO in Pakistan’s crowded landscape — we are the bridge that connects local legitimacy, collaborative intelligence, and global credibility. Our work ensures that partnerships are practical, transparent, and equitable — building systems where cooperation replaces competition and progress is shared.

From Legacy to Leadership

Born from Oxfam GB’s five-decade legacy in Pakistan, OxDev carries forward a mission of justice — now fully independent, nationally registered, and locally led.

For more than five decades, Oxfam in Pakistan helped shape the country’s development landscape — from gender justice and governance reform to humanitarian action and climate adaptation.

Our Own Path:
When Oxfam GB exited Pakistan, its team and partners chose continuity over closure.
OxDev emerged as a new model — locally led, nationally registered, globally connected.

We inherited Oxfam’s spirit of justice, not its structure. We exist to carry forward a legacy of inclusion, transparency, and collaboration under a fully independent Pakistani institution.
